Who to email

Account deletion

You may delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Two paths:

Self-service (in-app)

Sign in, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This removes your login and your tenant's business data, subject to the retention exceptions below.

Email request

Send an email from the address registered to your account to support@stockvyapar.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your registered name and email.

What gets deleted

  • Your user account and authentication data
  • Your tenant's products, stock, orders, invoices, and reports
  • Customer and supplier records you added, and their linked transactions

What may be retained

  • Information we are required to keep by law (e.g. tax and invoice records)
  • Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics that can no longer identify you
  • Backups, until the rolling backup window passes

How long it takes

We process verified deletion requests within 7 working days and confirm completion by email.

Support hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. We aim to respond to email within 2 business days.
