These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StockVyaparand the StockVyapar.complatform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. 2. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Razorpay). Applicable taxes may be added. Billing questions: support@stockvyapar.com.
• Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects you.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate any applicable law.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you submit. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data, including information about your customers and suppliers.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains the property of StockVyapar and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockVyapar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
